XIII.    MOTIONS BY SUPERVISORS

To convene into closed session pursuant 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statutes; considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.  Specifically to discuss employee evaluations and 2003 wages.

 

Pursuant to 19.85(2) of the Wisconsin State Statutes; the Town Board will reconvene into open session to act on any business discussed in closed session.

For those individuals who require the assistance of a sign language interpreter to participate in Town of Menasha public meetings, they should contact the Town Administrator's office a minimum of five business days (ten preferred) prior to the meeting of interest. Please inform the Administrator's office as to the sign language system needed. Hearing devices for the hearing impaired are available through the Town Clerk upon request.
