XIII.    MOTIONS BY SUPERVISORS

 

To convene into closed session pursuant 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statutes; considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.  Specifically to discuss the tentative contract between the Town of Menasha and the Town of Menasha Police Department WPPA/LEER and to discuss the release of an employee from employment.

 

Pursuant to 19.85(2) of the Wisconsin State Statutes; the Town Board will reconvene into open session to act on any business discussed in closed session.
