To convene into closed session pursuant 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statutes; considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.  Specifically to discuss resignation of Joseph Hinterthuer, discussion regarding filling of the street department street laborer vacancy and review of job description.

 

Pursuant to 19.85(2) of the Wisconsin State Statutes; the Town Board will reconvene into open session to act on any business discussed in closed session.
