  1. PUBLIC DISCUSSION-NON-AGENDIZED UTILITY DISTRICT RELATED MATTERS

Charles Baxter, 1406 North Street, requested that the Utility Commission accept the Quick Claim Deed of the Glenview Park Water Works. He requested that this property continue as a park.

Administrator DeGrave – This issue will be put on the Agenda for the October 9th meeting.

Doris Spoo, 1373 Oriole Court – It’s been a park since 1962. Why would it not continue as a park?

Administrator DeGrave – It is a question of ownership. The liability for the Town requires that we evaluate the equipment that is already present. We will also need the Park Commission to accept it.

Laura Mills, 1437 Deerwood Drive – I am glad that you informed us that we need to approach the Park Commission. I live next door to the park and I can see that it gets used frequently.
