12.   MOTIONS BY SUPERVISORS

To convene into closed session pursuant 19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin State Statutes; deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Specifically, to discuss the purchase of property for Palisades Drainage.

 

And 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Specifically, to discuss appointment of Town Clerk.

 

Pursuant to 19.85(2) of the Wisconsin State Statutes; the Town Board will reconvene into open session to act on any business discussed in closed session.
