To convene into closed session pursuant 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statutes; considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.  Specifically to discuss employee evaluations, 2005 non-represented wages, Administrator’s contract.

 

Pursuant to 19.85(2) of the Wisconsin State Statutes; the Town Board will reconvene into open session to act on any business discussed in closed session
