12.   MOTIONS BY SUPERVISORS

a)   Motion to convene into closed session pursuant to section 19.85(1)(g), of the Wisconsin State Statutes; conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. Specifically, to discuss boundary issues.

 

Pursuant to 19.85(1)(c), of the Wisconsin State Statutes; considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Specifically, to discuss a request for unpaid leave.

 

b)   Pursuant to 19.85(2) of the Wisconsin State Statutes; the Town Board may reconvene into open session to act on any business discussed in closed session.
